Vaccine Information

Below is a summary of Well-Child visits at Northshore Pediatrics, and the Immunizations that are given at each of these appointments. At each visit you can expect a complete physical exam, an assessment of your child's growth and development, and "anticipatory guidance" regarding safety and common childhood issues.

Expectant Parents/Newborns

Acetaminophen (Tylenol) can be found in many prescription and over-the-counter medicines. Read the labels to be sure your child is not getting it from 2 products. If you have questions, call your child’s doctor.

Stress

Stress can affect everyone, including children. It can cause children from toddlers to teenagers to feel overwhelmed. Kids’ stress can stem from what is happening in their own lives and in the their families as well as from news concerning the world around them.
